Warehouse Manager/Team Leader - Capalaba Store

This is a practical, on-the-floor management role. You will be responsible for the accuracy, organisation, and flow of all warehouse stock while working closely with the dispatch team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time.

You'll play a key role in maintaining stock integrity, improving warehouse processes, and ensuring the team operates efficiently in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

Warehouse Picker & Packer - Capalaba Store

What You’ll Do:

• Daily order dispatch including picking items from various locations in the warehouse, assembling orders and packaging them.

• Routine stocktakes and shifting of stock throughout the warehouse and showroom.

• Maintaining a clean workstation and organization of tools, packing materials and waste removal.

• Unloading of container shipments and palletized stock arrivals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm for archery, hunting, or outdoor sports (bonus if you have experience!).

• A positive, customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

• Willing to work on Saturdays
