The Easton Axis Carbon 5mm Shafts are a proven small-diameter, all-carbon shaft for bowhunters who want deeper penetration and dependable flight in the field. The micro profile, with a 5mm inner diameter, puts the kinetic energy behind a much smaller frontal area. That means less friction as the shaft follows the broadhead through the animal.

The slim profile also gives the wind less to push against. In a crosswind, Axis shafts hold their line better than standard-diameter carbon arrows, so your broadhead finds the aim point more often. Easton rates them at 24% more Kinetic Energy Density than standard-diameter carbon shafts.

Each shaft is built from Easton's uniform ACU-CARBON. It's held to ±.003" straightness and matched for weight and spine, so every arrow in your quiver shoots the same. There are seven spines from 700 through 200 to match your setup. Made in Easton's USA factory.

What we like: It's a hunting shaft with a long track record. It punches through with less drag and holds its line in the wind, and it stays consistent shot after shot.

• Micro diameter: The 5mm inner diameter puts the energy behind a small frontal area for less friction and deeper penetration.
• 24% more Kinetic Energy Density: More big-game stopping power than standard-diameter carbon shafts.
• Steadier in crosswinds: The smaller side profile helps keep your arrow on target when the wind picks up.
• Precision matched: Held to ±.003" straightness and matched for weight and spine, so groups stay tight.
• ACU-CARBON construction: Uniform, high-strength carbon-composite fibres run the full length of the shaft.
• Ready to build: X Nocks come fitted and 5mm HIT 8-32 inserts (16 grains) inserts are included.
